A yoga retreat with Caitlin Pascucci & Sarah Diedrick

Spend a weekend immersed in the Green Mountains of Vermont, reveling in many simple and uplifting pleasures.

 

Yoga Camp is all about unplugging for a bit while enjoying yoga, meditation, good food and friends. You can hike, hot tub, relax in your bed or communal spaces, soak in the views, wander around the farm - whatever your heart desires! This is your weekend to rejuvenate, connect and savor all of the beautiful elements of this retreat.

Sample Schedule:

  • 7:30/8am Morning Meditation

  • 8:30-10am Morning Yoga

  • 10-11am Breakfast

  • 11am-12:30pm Free Time

  • 12:30-1:30pm Lunch

  • 1:30-5pm Group Activity

  • 5-9pm Yoga + Dinner + Evening Activity

During free time: hang out in the yurts, enjoy the outdoor hot tub, hike, read, relax!
