All drop in classes are held through Sangha Studio in Burlington, VT. All classes donation-based!

Current Weekly Class Schedule:
In-person: Wednesday 6-7pm EST Flow, at the Sangha Studio — North location.
 
Sangha Studio has multiple locations!: ​
  • The above class is on the Old North End in Burlington at 237 North Winooski Ave. Street parking available right out front.
 
Mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets are provided at all locations.
