Reflect & (Re)Connect: a virtual retreat with Caitlin Pascucci & Hanna Satterlee

Join together to find refuge in community (even from a distance) in this carefully-crafted virtual retreat led by Caitlin Pascucci & Hanna Satterlee. The weekend is dedicated to caring for ourselves and for one another, with tools that can be used during the best and the worst of times – and everything in between!

Multiple daily live yoga and reflective practices will encourage your gaze to turn inward, with the support of the group at large. Daily journaling prompts and tarot card inspiration will support reconnecting to the guiding source within each of us. We will take time for reflection in large and small group shares, with optional group mealtimes for a chance to connect more with one another throughout the weekend.

In addition to flow, restorative, alignment-based and self-care movement classes, special workshops will lead you to both dive into fully embodying and liberating your home practice, as well as understanding the philosophy of yoga and finding ways to lead your life with the goal to lessen personal and community suffering.

Dedicate time to return to yourself by taking refuge in reflection, self-care, and community connection with us this weekend.

The entire weekend will be recorded if there are any sessions you cannot attend in person or would like to return to after the retreat has ended!

About Caitlin:

Caitlin began consistently practicing yoga in 2011 at a free class in a community space. It was this unconventional beginning that has led to an unconventional path of teaching and studio management.

In 2012 Caitlin pursued her first yoga certification at Fluid Yoga with Kevan Gale (located at Stil Studio in Dedham, MA). She began teaching donation-based classes regularly and in 2014 she founded Sangha Studio, Vermont’s first and only nonprofit, donation-based yoga studio.

As a teacher and Executive Director at Sangha Studio, she prides herself in supporting the creativity of teachers and students and believes in the power of community and collaboration. During her classes, Caitlin hopes to deepen each student’s individual practice through hands-on adjustments and assists, precise alignment cues, and creative sequencing. Her classes encourage students to get to know each other, challenge their way of thinking, cultivate awareness of the breath/body connection, and build strength.

About Hanna:

A native Vermonter, choreographer, dancer and yogini Hanna Satterlee has been teaching throughout the country since 2008, with a vinyasa certification from Laughing Lotus Yoga School (SF, CA). Stemming from a love of all forms of movement, her classes focus on the intricacies in our anatomical structure, with a vigorous physical practice that demands mental clarity and focus.

Hanna’s flow classes emphasize the importance of balancing strength and flexibility, how breath can give energy, and how will-power and strength can combat mental and physical illness. She works to incorporate a full body experience in each class with expressive, unique sequencing set to inspiring, rocking beats! You will leave energized and refreshed, with the confirmed belief that movement has the power to change and heal.

Hanna also holds a double BA in Dance/Psychology with a concentration in Dance Therapy from Goucher College and a Masters in Interdisciplinary Arts from Goddard College.
